You affirm under the threat of perjury that you are the legal registrant of the domain being listed, or that you have written permission from the domain registrant to sell the domain on their behalf.
Porkbun will take a 7% commission on all domain names sold through its marketplace.
All payouts will be made via PayPal. Customers without PayPal accounts, or who are ineligible to use PayPal are ineligible to sell domains at Porkbun. We will pay out on the 15th of each month for all verified commissions that are at least 15 days old. If the 15th falls on a weekend, a holiday, someone's vacation or we've predetermined a future spacetime anomaly we may pay out before or after the 15th.
Porkbun at its sole discretion may deny payout if the purchase is deemed fraudulent or we are unable to secure payment. In these situations the domain will be returned to your account.
If you list a domain on our marketplace, any pending transfer to another registrar will be cancelled and transfer to other registrars will be prohibited until you cease listing the domain in our marketplace.
